Do you have any shipping restrictions?
We will follow all laws and any restrictions set by the U.S. Department of Transportation and air transport restrictions and regulations. Other restrictions may apply.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses?
We will not ship to PO, APO, or FPO
Can you send my order to a hotel?
We suggest that you contact the hotel first, and ask them their policy regarding receiving packages and mail for hotel guests. If that is something they allow, it would be best to let them know in advance that you are expecting a delivery. Kozma & Kozma will not be held responsible for packages sent to a destination that is not a permanent address (hotel, air b&B, etc) where you the purchaser are not responsible for receiving the package directly.
